1. Services and accounts

Coussema provides an infrastructure for sending SMS messages through a web interface and an API. Users are responsible for keeping their login details and API keys confidential. Any activity from your account is deemed to be your responsibility.

2. Anti-spam and acceptable use policy

Sending unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM) is strictly prohibited. Users agree not to use the platform to:

• Spread hateful, threatening or illegal content.
• Harass individuals or organizations.
• Carry out phishing or fraud.

Tessa & Co SARL reserves the right to suspend without notice any account that does not follow these rules.

3. Quotas and payments

Sending messages requires buying SMS credit quotas. Top-ups are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a billing error confirmed by our administrative team. Price estimates are based on current operator costs and may change.

4. Limitation of liability

Although we strive for maximum availability, Tessa & Co SARL cannot be held liable for outages of third-party telecom networks or unexpected failures of upstream operators affecting the final delivery of the SMS.
